What you get during the trial
- Duration: 7 calendar days from email verification.
- Limits: limited number of products, customers, and invoices on the trial plan.
- FBR: Sandbox only—production posting is disabled until you upgrade.
- Shared lookups: if you have not pasted your sandbox token yet, the platform may use a configured bearer for read-only/sync calls such as HS–UOM, customer registration lookup, rates, and SRO lists. Invoice validation and submission always use your own sandbox access token.
- Account security: we send a verification link using the same SMTP path as our contact page (SMTP_HOST / SMTP_* in .env)—you confirm before the trial activates. If SMTP is unset, Laravel’s mail stack is attempted when configured.
Who the trial suits
Finance and operations teams evaluating FBR digital invoicing in Pakistan, building master data discipline, or comparing tooling against spreadsheets and ad-hoc PDFs. Pair with our FBR API integration guide for vocabulary alignment.
FAQ
- Do I need an FBR token for everything?
- For trial users, lookups can fall back to a platform-configured bearer (FBR_SYNC_BEARER_TOKEN) when yours is blank. Validating or submitting invoices still requires your own sandbox token—you add it under FBR Credentials.
- Why email verification?
- It keeps trials one-per-contact and ensures we can reliably deliver setup messages. Use the same outbound SMTP credentials you use for the contact form (SMTP_FROM_EMAIL authorised with your mail provider).
- What happens after seven days?
- Your trial subscription expires; sign in messaging will mirror other inactive plans until you subscribe. Contact us to upgrade.
